Objective: To provide anatomical data for rationally and effectively using the pectoralis major at the plastic surgery.

目的：为在整形外科领域中更加合理和有效地使用胸大肌提供解剖学依据。

Methods: The oral maxillofacial defects of 28 cases were reconstructed by pectoralis major myocutaneous flap, forehead flap and forearm flap.

方法：对28例口腔颌面部组织缺损患者分别采用前臂皮瓣、胸大肌肌皮瓣、额瓣进行移植修复。

Conclusion:The denervated pectoralis major myoflap can be reinnervated by hypoglossal-genioglossus muscle neuromuscular pedicle transplantation.

结论：舌下神经颏舌肌蒂植入能使失神经胸大肌瓣重新获得良好的神经再支配。
