矛隼（sǔn）（拉丁学名：Falco rusticolus），隼科隼属脊索动物，被列入《世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》（IUCN名录）无危物种，以及《国家重点保护野生动物名录》一级。体型甚大的棕灰色隼，下体具黑色纵纹，上体具黑色纵纹及横斑，翼尖黑色；幼鸟上体灰褐，羽尖白色并具白色点斑，尾具白色横斑，头偏白；两翼较宽圆，上体色调非纯褐或棕色，头部斑纹不清晰；虹膜黄色；嘴灰色，蜡膜黄色；脚黄色。栖息于北方苔原带及酸沼地。分布于欧洲、亚洲及北美洲的北极区，在中国分布于黑龙江，新疆西部。
