Objective: To observe the pupil diameter changes of different diopter under different rays.

目的：观察不同的屈光度在不同光线下瞳孔直径的变化。

Results The mean pupil diameter change of3groups in both eyes was not significant (P>0.05)at beginning.

结果3组滴药前瞳孔直径左右眼比较，差异无显著性（P>0.05）。
